As our new Senior Business Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. Working with our data and analytical platforms, you’ll be part of the team that defines and owns the requirements for an initiative from inception to the point it goes live. You’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops; display skills in interviewing, effective questioning, and capture valuable output that you can build further analysis on. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead the analysis for our most complex initiatives, alongside line managing, coaching and mentoring our more junior team members. Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
Aligned to one of our Data Domains, you’ll be working with multiple technical teams to deliver multiple initiatives. Responsible for the elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of requirements. Working with Data Governance to update and maintain the Data Catalogue to ensure consistent definitions across the Business. Create Business Process Models and Data Models, working with Data Information Architecture to visualise workflows and data structures. Utilise deep questioning techniques with stakeholders to understand how data will be used, ensuring deliverables allow for actionable decision‑making. Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.
What You’ll Have
You’ll have 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in an agile environment. Proficiency in Requirements Engineering, translating Business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of data products. Experience creating Business Process Models and Data Models. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity. Strong understanding of the Data Life Cycle and the intrinsic value of data. You’ll have experience in working in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing workloads and prioritising appropriately. You’ll have experience in line managing, coaching, mentoring and developing more junior colleagues or will be looking to build on your line management or coaching experience.
