A world-leading bank i s currently seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Business Analyst to join their London-based Finance EMEA team. This role will support a major initiative focused on IFRS transition , automation of financial closing processes, and reporting alignment across multiple entities. Job Details: Start date: ASAP Duration: Initial 6 months Rate: £600-£700pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella Location: London Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large banks or consultancies, with hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle . Expertise in finance transformation programmes , including IFRS transition, sub-ledger implementation, and process automation . Strong understanding of core accounting concepts , multi-GAAP environments, and GL functions (chart of accounts, intercompany, FX management). Familiarity with financial products such as corporate lending, loans, repos, deposits, and capital markets products (derivatives, OTC, fixed income).
