A bit about the job: We operate a flexible resource pool across our General Insurance portfolio, and therefore you could be involved in driving the following types of large‑scale transformation activity:
Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption M&A and technology integration Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation and data Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology
The position holder will be responsible for leading business analysis activities for assigned projects, conducting in‑depth analysis of business processes and requirements using standard methodology and templates, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations and standards. Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering business analysis activities for technology and business change projects with annual budgets of upwards of £5m. Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment. Some previous experience/knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE. Experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation and Digital and Data solutions. Excellent communication skills and comfortable with facilitation and liaison with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Comfortable leading, negotiating and influencing to challenge and inspire changes as necessary. Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques.

Starting salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications) Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva’s system) Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in. 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
