Job Description Senior Business Analyst Merchandising & Sustainability We are recruiting for a SeniorBusiness Analyst to join the Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis, reporting into the Functional Lead. As the Senior Business Analyst you will be a strong communicator, the successful candidate will function as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. This role will involve analysing and understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements and documenting test scenarios, scripts, and user outcomes. This role will be the consistent thread throughout the lifecycle of change, utilising strong analytical skill set to take business requirements through to successful delivery of a technical solution into the BAU teams.Whilst not responsible for direct reports, there is an expectation of this role to help drive the community of Business Analysts that sit across the functional teams with best practice tools, techniques, and methodologies. This role is offering a contract that may require travel commitment to our sites across Europe and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.
