Role Our Financial Services client has an immediate permanent vacancy for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in delivering complex change initiatives across the full project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic business and technology transformation programs, bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and technical solutions to ensure successful outcomes. You will lead Business Analysis activities within the organisation's Business Analysis Framework, bringing a blend of analytical insight and practical experience across business change and IT improvement programs. This includes process design, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies. You will also support and mentor other Business Analysts across the function. Key Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand current state, vision, and goals. Define problem statements and articulate the benefits of addressing them. Translate stakeholder needs into structured outputs that enable solution design. Conduct options analysis and contribute to business case recommendations.
