Root cause analysis, idea generation and implementation of business solutions to improve Energy Retail processes. Monitoring production activity after new features or system changes; analysing data to assess impact. Own reporting and recommendations on internal and external performance analysis. Proactive KPI analysis to detect system or process issues. Document existing business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and testers to drive system and process improvements. Testing CR and incidents delivered from third parties.
Requirements
Specific knowledge of SAP for Utilities (CRM, ISU) and expert system knowledge (SAP CRM, ISU, UI5). Extensive knowledge on Python, Synapse SQL, Power BI etc. Customer management, analytical skills running queries or programs in SAP. Analytical thinking, strong customer focus, problem solving, multi‑task and end‑to‑end analysis. Experience in utilities industry with understanding of regulated electricity/gas markets. Proven ability to mobilise continuous improvement, employee, business, customer and financial gains. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; communicate and influence at all levels. Prioritise workloads while focusing on quality and delivery to agreed timelines. Previous experience delivering IT projects and proactive system improvement analysis.
