This is a great opportunity to join a new programme of work to re-define the Fixed Income trading platforms for a European bank. You will sit at the intersection of the Front Office and technology to and play a key role in delivering change across Front Office workflows and will provide significant exposure to senior business and technology stakeholders.

As an SME you will be eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements from sales and trading stakeholders across Interest Rate Derivatives, producing clear functional specifications for technology teams, managing the delivery across workstreams and acting as a trusted bridge between the business and technology.

To perform in this role you will need to have extensive experience in the Front Office space with a specific focus on Interest Rate Derivatives (Caps, Floors, Swaptions), a pedigree of delivery as a BA and or Project Manager, a familiarity with Fixed Income platform architecture.
