Job Title: Business Analyst - Insurance Technology (PAS Implementation)

Location: Hybrid - Remote with 1 day in Essex, 1 day in London

Duration: 6 months

Overview:

Our client, a leading Insurance organisation that develops and re-sells technology solutions to brokers and Managing General Agents (MGAs), requires an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance systems to support the implementation of a new Policy Administration System (PAS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful PAS delivery.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, test case creation, and defect resolution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance sector, ideally within broking or MGA environments.
• Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems and insurance technology platforms.
• Track record of delivering technology implementation projects in complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites (Essex and London).
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months Initially
