Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Contract – 6 Months)

We’re supporting a key client engagement through a specialist consultancy, delivering a CRM implementation programme within a well-established UK business operating in a technical, product-driven environment.

This is a senior contract role for an experienced Business Analyst with Project Management capability, brought in to drive delivery and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a CRM implementation from a business perspective, working across sales, customer, and operational functions.

This is a hands-on hybrid BA/PM role, requiring someone who can shape requirements and drive delivery.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ experience in BA / hybrid BA-PM roles

*

Proven delivery of CRM implementations

*

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-based environments

*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

*

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
