The role This is a senior, outward-facing role where you will be the face of the umbrella business to recruitment agencies.
You will build and grow long-term agency partnerships, backed by strong operations, compliance and leadership support.
This is about credibility, trust and sustained growth.
What youll be trusted with Winning and developing recruitment agency partnerships
Growing and retaining key accounts
Representing the umbrella brand in the market
Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and growth
Who this suits You have umbrella, payroll or recruitment sales experience. You are commercially sharp, credible with agencies and comfortable operating at senior level.
You want influence, momentum and a business that actually listens.
Reports into Managing Director.
