We're Studiomade, a strategic creative agency helping businesses launch new ventures, pivot, and thrive. Founded in 2010, we work with ambitious organisations across healthcare, finance and technology to shape brands, build digital products, launch ventures and bring propositions to life.


We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help us do more of what we do best, and with the right clients.


The role

We are looking for an individual contributor that is keep to take real ownership of a process. You'll work closely with key Directors to identify, pursue, and win new business – building a pipeline from the ground up and owning the sales process from research and outreach through to conversation, pitch and signed brief. You’ll be someone that thrives in the identification of potential client partners, knows how to open doors, and can hold a credible conversation about brand, digital, proposition and the role of design thinking with senior decision-makers.


What you'll do

→ Build and manage a pipeline of target clients across our core sectors

→ Lead outreach, discovery conversations, and pitches

→ Own the sales process end-to-end, from LinkedIn prospecting to close

→ Work with our team to shape proposals that are sharp and on-brief

→ Identify patterns in what we win and why – feeding that back into how we position ourselves


What we're looking for

→ Proven experience promoting and selling creative, digital, or strategic services

→ Agency background required

→ Someone who is comfortable building relationships

→ Ability to operate at senior level with marketing directors, founders, and C-suite

→ Self-directed and organised, you don't need a process handed to you

→ Genuine curiosity about the work and role of design thinking and venture creation. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to care about quality and have an entrepreneurial mindset
