Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with an IDNO background to drive sales growth across ICPs and residential, commercial, and industrial developers. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role focuses on positioning as the preferred owner and operator of electricity networks for new developments. This is a fully remote role, suited to someone who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face and is willing to travel regularly across the UK. What you will be doing Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities across residential and industrial and commercial markets. Sales Performance and Reporting: Deliver against agreed sales targets, managing a structured and transparent pipeline with regular reporting in line with governance and forecasting requirements. Effective CRM utilisation, and the application of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC) to progress business-to-business opportunities.
