The Opportunity:

Our client is growing fast and looking for a commercially sharp, technically credible Senior BDM to help lead that charge. This isn't a generic sales role - it's a genuine opportunity to shape how a specialist data centre business wins and grows major accounts across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge markets.

You'll be selling across a broad and compelling portfolio: Technology Services, Modular Data Centres, Facilities Management and MEP solutions - working closely with engineering and delivery teams to bring complex, high-value solutions to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business across hyperscale, colo, enterprise and edge clients
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline with real commercial momentum
  • Leading client meetings, workshops and technical presentations at senior level
  • Developing account strategies, bids and proposals that win
  • Translating client needs into technically sound, commercially competitive solutions
  • Staying ahead of market trends - modular, edge, sustainability, ESG
  • Feeding insight back to leadership to influence product and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in Business Development or Account Management within data centres, critical infrastructure, MEP, FM, or technology services
  • Strong technical understanding of data centre environments - power, cooling, white space, MEP, modular/prefab solutions
  • Proven experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers or large colo operators
  • Existing relationships across the data centre ecosystem - end users, consultants & contractors
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex, multi-disciplinary bids
  • Sharp communicator, equally at home in a boardroom or a technical workshop

What's On Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with strong OTE
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Strong pension contributions
  • Hybrid working between office / clients
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Learning & development support - certifications, courses and industry events
  • Real progression opportunity within a fast-growing business in a thriving sector

Why our client?

They are one of the fastest-growing delivery partners in the data centre sector, operating across a global portfolio at a time when demand for critical infrastructure has never been higher. This is a business with serious momentum, a strong delivery reputation and real ambition - they're looking for the right people to grow with them.
