Part of Norse Group, Alliance Norse specialises in delivering property adaptations and accessibility solutions to support independent living for customers across High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands. Our mission is to keep people safe, comfortable, and confident in their homes.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a DFG Senior Business Support Manager to join our team, managing and delivering adaptation projects in residential properties. This includes responsibility for managing case work including case workers, working with occupational therapist, to deliver safe adaptations and signing off completed projects to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and technical standards. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a Senior Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of DFG adaptations, ensuring projects meet clients needs and customer satisfaction standards.
