Senior Buyer – Impulse North London Salary £55,000 - £65,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Buyer / Senior Buyer to join a well-established food & beverage retailer brand based within their London Head office. As a Senior Buyer you will report into the Head of Buying and be responsible finding and developing the impulse category ensuring products achieve both quality levels whilst maintaining commercial targets.

Additional responsibilities will include: Manage the full the end-to-end procurement process including market research, competitive pricing, supplier selection and negotiation, contract implementation and supplier performance reviews. Dealing and resolving escalated supplier queries. Responsible for managing the full branded impulse category. Continually review contracts, and benchmark, tender, re-negotiate and execute contracts/agreements with suppliers to improve quality, service, and cost efficiency. Continually monitoring dairy procurement success criteria to track departmental performance.
