This is not a back-office procurement role.

This is a commercial retail buying position inside a scaling, fast-moving leisure and retail brand with serious growth ambition.


We’re looking for a retail buyer who understands:

  • Product performance
  • Margin management
  • Category growth
  • What actually makes customers buy


Not just someone who raises POs.

What We’re Looking For

This role will suit someone who has:

  • 3–5+ years in a retail buying or category-focused role
  • Experience working with fast-moving product lines
  • A strong understanding of commercial KPIs
  • Confidence analysing sales data and identifying winners/underperformers
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers (MOQs, pricing, freight)


If you’ve worked in:

  • Retail head office
  • FMCG buying
  • Toy / gift / seasonal categories
  • Multi-site retail operations
