Job Description
As the owner of NXA Talent, a specialist global recruitment business focused exclusively on Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), I am currently hiring a Senior Candidate Consultant to join our growing team.
Although still a relatively new brand, NXA Talent has already established itself as a leading global recruitment partner within the WMS and Supply Chain space. We work with global logistics providers, end users, and consultancy partners, and we have ambitious plans to further strengthen our market position this year.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside two of the most experienced WMS recruitment consultants in the industry , playing a critical role in generating and qualifying high-quality WMS and Supply Chain candidates globally.
This is a candidate-focused role where your primary responsibility will be to:
Identify and attract WMS and Supply Chain professionals across global markets
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and suitability
Qualify candidates effectively and professionally
Book follow-up interviews with the relevant WMS Consultant
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines within niche vertical markets
Maintain accurate candidate records and market insights
You will be instrumental in ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional talent to our global client base.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Candidate Consultant or Resourcer (highly beneficial)
Strong communication skills and confidence conducting screening calls
Ability to build rapport quickly with senior-level professionals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Interest in logistics, supply chain, and technology recruitment
If you have experience as a candidate consultant, that would be a major advantage — the rest we can teach. We are specialists in our market and will provide full training and ongoing support.
