About the Role:
Staff One is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to work in a care home setting in the Wrawby, Brigg area (DN20). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work through an agency, with a variety of shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of care assistants on shift
- Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Administering and managing medication (where required)
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
- Medication administration xbpsjku training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate and reliable approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
