About the Role:
Staff One is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to work in a care home setting in the Wrawby, Brigg area (DN20). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work through an agency, with a variety of shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting a team of care assistants on shift
Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
Administering and managing medication (where required)
Supporting residents with daily living activities
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
Medication administration training
Strong leadership and communication skills
A compassionate and reliable approach
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
