About the Role:
Staff One is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to work in a care home setting in the Scunthorpe (DN17) area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work through an agency, with a variety of shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a team of care assistants on shift
• Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
• Administering and managing medication (where required)
• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
• Medication administration xbpsjku training
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A compassionate and reliable approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
