About the role

The Senior Category Development Manager plays a key role in strengthening Vinarchys category leadership with priority customers across EMEA. Reporting to the Category Controller, the role is responsible for owning the category relationship with two major customers, acting as the independent and objective voice of category.
The role delivers high impact category, consumer and shopper insight to inform range reviews, performance analysis and growth opportunities. Using a broad set of market and shopper data sources, the role translates insight into clear, actionable recommendations that support both customer objectives and Vinarchys commercial priorities.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Brand and Insight teams while remaining independent of sales direction the role supports brand planning, new product launches and customer engagement by turning insight into compelling, customer relevant category stories and executable opportunities.
