The role:

This is a customer facing leadership role within the Category Insights function of this established FMCG business. As Senior Category Insights Manager you will manage partnerships with key retail customers and deliver excellence through leadership, unlocking shopper-led opportunities and influencing brand strategies with data driven insight and recommendations.
You will lead Category Reviews, Range recommendations and merchandising guidance for retailers within your relevant business unit.
This role will share valuable insights with Marketing, Innovation, NRM and sales to guide innovation pipeline and strategy plans.

Ideal Senior Category Insights Manager candidate:

5+ years FMCG experience in category and insights
Data and insights skills are a must – Kantar, NIQ, Circana, Power BI
Leadership qualities and experience needed
You may already be a Senior Category Insights Manager, or operating at this level
