Overview Integration with enterprise systems: Integrating CCaaS solutions with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimized performance. Responsibilities

Technical leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of technical experts to ensure efficient delivery of solutions. Project planning: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of CCaaS solutions, ensuring they meet all technical, functional, and performance requirements. Documentation: Producing comprehensive documentation for the solution, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in CCaaS and incorporating best practices into the implementation process. Candidates should have a strong understanding of CCaaS platforms, experience with system integration concepts, and knowledge of database technologies and security best practices in cloud environments. Experience with AI-enabled features and omnichannel routing is also beneficial. Provides Solutions Architecture consultation and advice Unisys-wide. Works with clients, Product Owners, Sales & Sales Excellence teams and other stakeholders to align the architectural direction of solution intent. Serves as lead on large-scale solution and component development, engaging with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding, ongoing communication and alignment of outcome expectations. Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed solutions. Works on applications and system problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, require input from divergent cross-functional teams and have potentially company-wide impact.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree and 8+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record in the CCaaS space as an architect. Strong understanding of CCaaS platforms, experience with system integration concepts, and knowledge of database technologies and security best practices in cloud environments. Experience with AI-enabled features and omnichannel routing is beneficial.
