About the Role We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in leading major service transformation initiatives across a large, complex UK university environment.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on portfolio management, service design and change delivery, supporting large-scale programmes that include: Implementation of new enterprise systems (e.g., ERP) Major campus development and redevelopment Digital transformation across professional and academic services Organisation-wide operating model redesign
This is a senior role responsible for shaping and delivering change strategies, ensuring that people, processes, structures, and technology transition smoothly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities Lead the change workstream within service design and operating model transformation projects across multiple business areas. Define and implement the change management strategy, approach, and roadmap for major organisational change programmes. Work closely with service leaders, programme teams, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and embedded.
