As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Liverpool\n\nIf you're a RICS qualified surveyor with a background in commercial property and a keen interest in delivering high quality consultancy across diverse asset types this could be the ideal next step for you.\n\nResponsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nDeliver technical due diligence for a range of UK and EMEA investment and occupier clients.\nLead and manage building surveys for both single assets and large-scale portfolios.\nPrepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants.\nUndertake defect analysis, refurbishment advice, and develop PPM schedules.\nAct as Contract Administrator or Lead Consultant on refurbishment and fit-out projects.\nCollaborate with internal teams to drive value and strengthen client relationships.\nEnsure work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest professional standards. \n\nRequirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:\n\nMRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.\nExperience in technical due diligence, dilapidations, and contract administration.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a commercial mindset.\nAble to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.\nComfortable managing clients, deadlines, and contributing to business growth.\nWilling to travel throughout the UK and EMEA as required.\nFull UK driving licence.
