We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef positions across the UK, working with a range of quality-led establishments including country house hotels, boutique properties, and high-volume kitchens. As a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef , you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead service, maintain standards, and assist in developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities Support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food across all services.
Take a leading role during service, ensuring consistency and standards are met.
Supervise and mentor junior chefs within the brigade.
Assist with menu development, prep planning, and kitchen organisation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Support stock control, ordering, and cost management.
Key Requirements Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Passion for fresh food and high standards of presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Good understanding of kitchen management and food safety standards.
Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
