Senior Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel - Oxford
Our client is a luxury Hotel in Oxford who are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. You will prepare meals for the restaurant, bar and room service. The kitchen serves a fresh seasonal menu and you will work 5 straight shifts per week. You will be able to run your section and help encourage junior chefs. This is an excellent career opportunity.

The Role
Preparing meals for restaurant and bar using seasonal produce
Running service in Head Chef's absence
Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 4* level kitchen
Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
Capable and able to work unsupervised
