Senior Chef de Partie Location: Hamble, SO31 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 48 hours per week Salary: £32,500 (Plus tronc)

As Senior Chef de Partie , you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and smooth kitchen operations. You'll take ownership of your section, support junior team members, and work closely with the Sous Chef to uphold the venue's excellent reputation for both dining and events.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading your section and ensuring all dishes meet required standards.
Supporting, training, and motivating junior chefs.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and menu development.
Deputising for the Sous Chef when needed.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie , or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
