We are looking for a strong Seniour Chef de Partie to join the team at Kino a modern Japanease restaurant in South Kensington , bold flavours and precise execution.
Youll be working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen with clear systems, strong leadership and high standards.
What youll do
Run your section with consistency, speed and cleanliness

Deliver dishes to spec, every service

Support junior chefs and maintain discipline in the kitchen

Ensure prep, mise en place and stock control are on point

Follow and uphold HACCP and food safety standards

Work closely with Sous & Head Chef on service and prep planning

Work in open plan kitchen

Tuesday -Saturday Last order 10pm

Sunday last order 5pm Monday Close

48 hours contract 2 DBL 3 Single

What were looking for

Proven experience as a Seniour Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow

Ability to work under pressure and stay organised

Good product knowledge and attention to detail

Positive attitude, reliable and team-focused

Passion for learning and developing
