Were looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at The Parakeet.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in the kitchen. Leading your section, supporting others during service, and helping maintain standards across the board. This is a step up role with real responsibility.

What youll do Lead your section with confidence and consistency
Support other sections to keep service running smoothly
Maintain high standards across all dishes leaving the kitchen
Help train and develop Commis Chefs and junior team members
Communicate clearly with the pass and senior team
Take responsibility for organisation and standards across your area

What were looking for Strong experience as a CDP in a quality-led kitchen
Confidence running a section and supporting others
High standards and strong attention to detail
Good communication and leadership potential
Ambition to progress into a Sous Chef role

What to expect Competitive Pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £12.75- £18.50 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
