This organisation is well-established with over 20 solo-to-four-bedded EBD homes across the Midlands, along with three independent schools and their very own therapeutic assessment & clinical team, led by expert psychologists. You would be managed and supported by an experienced Registered Manager who has built a strong culture within the team. You’ll have access to an industry-leading Learning & Development team who will support you to complete your Level 5 in Leadership and Management and put you through their internal professional development plan for their future managers.
