Recently rated Outstanding by Ofsted , the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 517 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join and established dedicated team at an home where 3 children currently reside in a beautiful detached rural property. The home is looking to add an additional child and requires additional staff. Were looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.
