Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker

Role Overview

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will take on additional responsibility within the home, supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to children and young people. Alongside providing direct support, you will act as a role model for the team, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each young person can thrive.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), involving a combination of long days, sleep-ins, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead shifts, ensuring effective communication, delegation, and support across the team. Deliver high-quality day-to-day care and support to children and young people within the home.
