Where compassion meets consistency, young lives are transformed.
Are you an experienced, compassionate and consistent residential childcare professional, looking for the chance to help positively transform childrens lives in a specialist home environment?
We are seeking a Senior Childrens Therapeutic Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing high-quality, child-centred care. This warm and welcoming home provides tailored support for up to 2 children between the ages of 8-18. By utilising therapeutic care methods such as PACE, Therapeutic Parenting, and Trauma Recovery, you will provide these young people with a nonjudgmental and structured environment that promotes independence and emotional regulation. You will also encourage participation in healthy, fun outdoor activities, such as kayaking or gardening, to support the development of life skills and confidence.
As a Senior Childrens Therapeutic Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model not only to the children but also to your team.
