Our client Scottish Power Energy Networks are currently looking for a Senior Civil BIM Designer to join their team based in Cambuslang on a contract basis initially. Ideally for this role they are looking for an experienced BIM Designer with a background in Civil/Structural works as well as experience with Revit and AutoCAD. SP Energy Networks Drawing Office is expanding to meet growing business demands, and we are seeking a BIM / CAD Designer (Drawing Office) – Civil / Structural Engineering to support these efforts.
As a BIM / CAD Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high quality engineering model and drawing solutions for Transmission Network Projects (132kV and above).
Reporting to the Civil / Structural Discipline Lead, you will play an important role in delivering accurate, consistent model and drawing outputs that meet project, safety, and compliance requirements. This role will draw on your key skills in engineering model and drawing creation, technical expertise within Civil / Structural Engineering, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the discipline.
