Job Description
Senior Civil Engineer\n Birmingham\n Our client are a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy who also cover Geotechnical, Transport Planning and Planning Support. They deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, offices, education, health, retail and leisure.\n\nThey are now looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to grow their expanding team in their Birmingham office.\n\nKey responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to -\n\nManage appropriate projects with full liaison with clients and third parties\nCoordinate with Project Engineers, Technicians and senior team in scheme delivery\nManage risks within your responsibilities at a Health and Safety and commercial level\nTake technical ownership of the production of drawings, calculations, reports and design documents\nOversee other Engineers and Technicians work\nReview / prepare project briefs and proposals to appropriately allocate resources for delivery with scope of agreed works\nAnalyse technical problems, assessing the feasibility of proposed techniques and procedures and devising new approaches and alternative solutions\n The successful candidate will have the following -\n\n10+ years experience working within Civil Engineering within a UK Consultancy\nDegree level qualification within Civil Engineering or similar\nChartership with ICE or IStructE or on way to becoming chartered\n For more information about this role, or to discuss similar opportunities, please contact Amber Ball at Calibre Search, or click apply now.\n\nCalibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their , , , /beliefs, sexual or age.
