Are you an accomplished Civil Engineer seeking a senior position within a well-established, multi-discipline Consultancy?\n\nA respected organisation in the East Midlands is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join its Derby office, offering the opportunity to lead technically challenging infrastructure projects, guide delivery standards and play a key role in shaping the future capability of a high-performing engineering team.\n\nIn this senior role you will take ownership of complex SuDS strategies, private external works, adoptable highways and drainage infrastructure under Section 38 and Section 104 agreements, while also overseeing detailed design for highways, earthworks, retaining structures and wider civil engineering elements. You will lead project delivery using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or PDS, and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage, ensuring technical excellence, innovation and full alignment with BIM Level 2 principles. You will also contribute across a broad multidisciplinary service portfolio that spans infrastructure planning, flood risk, drainage strategy, transportation, environmental, geotechnical and structural engineering, allowing you to influence design outcomes across multiple disciplines.\n\nAs a senior professional, you will bring strong leadership instincts, sound judgement and the confidence to manage complex scopes while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating effectively with clients, stakeholders and approving authorities.
