We’relookingtorecruitaSeniorEngineerthathasafullunderstandingofthetechnicalrequirementsandtechniquesofsettingoutaswellasbeingabletolead,mentorandcoachanexistingteam.
AbouttheRole -AstheexperiencedSeniorEngineer,youwillhavethefollowingduties :
- PlayapivotalrolewithintheProjectManagement
- TakecontroloftheProjectsite
- CoachanexistingteamofSettingoutandSectionEngineers
- Checktechnicaldrawings,specificationsandreportinganyissuestotheengineeringteam.
- Ensuringthatinformationisavailableondrawingsinaccordancewiththeprogramme.
- ReportanyinconsistenciesintheinformationprovidedtotheProjectManager
- UndertakeQuantitytakeoffformaterialsfromdrawings.
- MaintainaDailysitediaryandcarryoutdailyHealthandSafetyInspections
- Raisesanytechnicalqueriesandliaisewithdesignertoresolve
- Ensurethatall(ITP’s)areinplaceforallactivities
- Produces / ReviewsMethodStatementsandRiskAssessments&ensurethatSafeSystemsofWorkareadheredto
ForthisroleitsessentialthatyouhaveaminimumofaHNDandideallyDegreelevelqualificationinCivilEngineering.Asthisrolewillbeworkingonaliveconstructionsiteyouwillalsohaveaminimumof5yearssiteexperienceaswellashavingaSSSTS / CSCS,SMSTS&FirstAidcerts.
