Senior Client Support Manager (Finance) – Milton Keynes - £30k - £45k per annum plus benefits

Our client is an extremely well-established company specialising within the financial sector; due to continued growth and success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Client Support Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for fulfilling key service requirements for a portfolio of clients and new clients as appropriate. Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high level at all times. Prepare required documentation for client review meetings Chase client providers for relevant information and update clients to the progress Monitor progress and update clients and client team manager on transfers/payments in or out Complete client fund switches, monitor and check them following the action taking place Utilise client ISA allowances where appropriate/agreed

Skills and Experience

Experience within the financial sector is essential Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and help identify their needs Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communication Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets
