An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Structured Finance team with a strong focus on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs). This role forms part of a strategic expansion following recent senior hires and comes with an active and high-quality pipeline of work.

This position is ideally suited to a lawyer with dedicated CLO experience who is looking to deepen their expertise, while also having the opportunity to broaden into the wider structured finance space over time.

The team sits within a highly regarded derivatives and structured products platform, known for its capabilities across securitisation, risk transfer, and complex financing solutions. The group advises on sophisticated, cross-border transactions and is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial approach.

With a number of leading practitioners and recent additions strengthening the CLO offering, the practice continues to build momentum in this area.

The Role

• Work on high-value, complex CLO transactions from the outset
• Advise on a broad range of structured finance products and related documentation
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners within a growing, specialist team
• Gain exposure to both established and emerging areas within structured finance

Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience in CLO transactions is essential
• Background from a leading international or top-tier firm
• Strong technical skills combined with a pragmatic, commercially aware mindset
