Senior Garment Technologist required to join Global Brand.

• Senior Technical Designer (Senior Garment Technologist) with at least 8 years experience owning fit and quality on global Menswear and Activewear apparel
• Own end-to-end fit processes on Men's & Activewear product developments, partnering with cross-functional teams in Los Angeles
• Analyse returns data and customer sentiment to conduct deep dives on products with fit/ quality issues
• Utilise in-depth Activewear knowledge to ensure performance requirements are met through fit, construction & components
• Conduct wearer trials as required on new products, to ensure consistency in fit, comfort and movement across the full size range
• Apply grading and 3D fit knowledge to customise grade rules as needed to ensure accurate global fit
• Input on project work to support team goals regarding fit, concessions, ways of working, vendor management etc
