Research and develop modern and innovative colour and material design concepts that align with project briefs.Lead specific colour projects from initial design stages through to final release. Collaborate with suppliers to propose and develop advanced materials and finishes, ensuring feasibility and cost‑effectiveness. Communicate design concepts effectively, maintaining a high level of visual presentation. Engage in project planning meetings and ensure clear understanding of project direction and goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering creativity and efficiency within the design team.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Art & Design. Proven experience within the automotive industry and an understanding of current industry trends. Strong project management and leadership skills. Technical knowledge of material manufacturing processes. Creativity, innovation, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
