Support pricing strategies and revenue optimisation initiatives in the medtech sector. Provide financial input to investment appraisals and business cases. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Strong commercial acumen, particularly in the life sciences or medtech sectors. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems. Effective communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
