The Opportunity

An opportunity for a mid-senior level commercial lawyer to join a high-calibre European legal team.

This is a broad, hands-on role supporting consulting and professional services operations across Europe. You will work closely with senior lawyers and business leaders, advising on day-to-day matters and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
• Advise on contractual risk and liability exposure
• Partner with consultants and internal stakeholders on live client matters
• Support cross-border legal issues across Europe
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel where required

This can be based in either their London or Paris offices.
