About the Opportunity This senior role will support the business to deliver its growth strategy. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial legal work. You will lead, review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operational services and infrastructure outsourcing contracts. Additionally, you will help advise construction-focused contracts including MF1, FIDC, NEC and JCT. You will be proactive with a business and solution-oriented approach to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and legal team. About you The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm or gained with a multinational organisation. Experience within the logistics, transportation or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous. Ideally you would have experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced corporate/commercial in-house environment. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute.
