A well-established London-based property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Portfolio Management Surveyor to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial portfolio across London and the UK, working closely with a respected leadership team.
 
You will deliver high-quality property management services for a variety of commercial clients, carrying out regular property inspections, reporting to the Team Director, and proactively managing third-party contractors, advisors, and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and asset management, liaising with accounts on service charges, rent invoicing, year-end reconciliations and financial queries, advising on rent collection and arrears, handling tenant applications such as licences to alter or assign, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
 
The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years’ experience in commercial property management, strong knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, commercial leases, service charge budgeting, and health & safety obligations. You should be confident providing advice on rent collection and debt recovery, able to work autonomously, and have excellent communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
