Are you a strategic communicator with a flair for delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns that make a real difference? Were looking for an experienced Senior Communications Consultant (Delivery) to join an award-winning engagement and experience team that helps organisations connect with their people through meaningful, creative, and compliant communications.
In this pivotal role, youll take the lead on complex communications projects from concept to delivery partnering with senior stakeholders across government and large corporate clients. Youll oversee high-quality communications outputs, manage talented consultants, and collaborate closely with creative, digital, and data teams to bring ideas to life.
What youll be doing: Leading the delivery of multi-channel communications campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding clients on best-in-class communications strategy.
Managing project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery within budget.
Championing excellence in process, governance, and quality assurance.
Coaching and mentoring team members to support their growth and development.
What were looking for: At least 5 years experience in a senior communications role ideally within pensions, financial services, or the public sector.
A strong strategic mindset, with hands-on experience delivering communications across multiple channels.
Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and maintain high standards under pressure.
