Spurgeons is a leading children's charity committed to supporting vulnerable children, young people and families to achieve lasting change. Working in partnership with Wiltshire Council, our Family Hub teams provide early help and wraparound support to families across the county, helping to strengthen relationships, build resilience and improve outcomes for families. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Community Support Practitioner to join our West Wiltshire Family Hub team, working directly with families in the community, supporting them to access the right services at the right time.
