Senior Companionship Team Leader
40 hours per week
Up to £41,500 (including Car Allowance) + annual bonus.
Based at Colten House in Ringwood (BH24 3FE) with regular travel across our portfolio of care homes in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex
About the Role
As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our portfolio of homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspiring and developing Companion Team Leaders across multiple locations.

Ensuring meaningful, person-centred activities are delivered in line with company strategy.

Acting as a role model and mentor to promote strong team leadership.

Conducting monthly support visits to homes.

Collaborating with Home Managers, Clinical Leads and support teams.

Supporting recruitment including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing.

Overseeing minibus planning and ensuring safe, varied community engagement.

Managing activity delivery within agreed budgets.

Ensuring all home rotas are in line with department guidelines.
