Senior Reward Associate – London

£65,000 - £70,000


The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading UK wealth and investment firm. They are seeking a Senior Reward Associate in London to join a collaborative Reward team, supporting the delivery of compensation programmes across the business. The role will focus on reward analytics, salary and bonus review processes, benchmarking and regulatory reporting, providing valuable insights that support effective and competitive reward decision-making in a regulated financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of compensation and reward programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market practice.
  • Contribute to the annual reward cycle, including salary review processes, bonus modelling and data preparation.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis using external survey data to support pay competitiveness and internal decision-making.
  • Produce detailed analysis and reporting across reward datasets, translating complex information into clear insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Assist with regulatory and governance reporting requirements, including gender pay gap reporting and other remuneration disclosures.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support wider reward initiatives and integration projects.


Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability alongside experience within a reward or compensation environment.

  • Experience working in a Reward, Compensation, ideally within financial services or another regulated sector.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, with advanced Excel skills and strong data manipulation capability.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation review processes, salary benchmarking and reward analysis.
  • Understanding of reward governance and regulatory considerations within financial services would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
